  1. Ok so it's now been 6 and a half months since I started seeing my current girlfriend and I thought I'd give you guys an update. Sex isn't as frequent as it was at the beginning but I feel like the months and months of abstaining from pmo prior to getting involved with her is what helped me sustain what is my longest relationship to date. I've also noticed something interesting for those of you that go to the gym. I have found that my sex drive is best when my bodyfat is in the 9 to 12%, which varies depending on my caloric intake and whether I am bulking or cutting, and I feel considerably stronger too in that range. As far as sex goes I find twice a week to be the right balance for me and my girl. My sensitivity is good and I'm able to last on average 20 to 30 minutes no problem. My erections are strong too. Like all those months and months of abstaining from pmo payed off and are still paying off. It's well worth it in the end.

    How do you get to 9% BF. Lots of cardio and cutting calories? I'm probably 15%, and just started weight training again, my body easily puts on muscle but BF reduction is stubborn. Only eating carbs on lift days keeps me from getting puffy and soft, but getting under 10% is a mystery.

    Congrats on achieving a healthy, normal sex life and staying clean.

    Makes sense, sir. More tubs of protein powder are in order, less fat calories on no carb days, less carbs on carb ups.
