    Hello everyone,

I have been battling ED for as long as I can remember! More specifically, here are my issues:
    - ED - Not even sure if it is PIED at this point
    - Low T - Taking clomid
    - Little to no libido
    - Pelvic floor issues - Pretty sure about this, but not 100% sure
    - Minor anxiety issues

I have done spurts of no PMO over the last 10 years with streaks as long as 110 days and at least 10 streaks of 20 days or more. I definitely get a little excited when watching porn, but I have erection issues even with porn. Additionally, I masturbate better with one hand vs the other.

Work wise, I have a great job with a fantastic salary. I have a fiancee I love and have no idea why she puts up with my issues. A lot of good things happening, but clearly my ED and T issues are a problem.

Clomid is typically used as an infertility treatment in women. It's not approved by the FDA for use in men, but it's often prescribed off-label for treatment of male infertility. Taking Clomid can lead to an increase in testosterone and sperm count, but studies on its efficacy in men have had mixed results. So why not use a medication which replaces the testosterone such as Testogel or Nebido?
