Hey guys, I am almost halfway through my 90 day reboot and just had my first wet dream. I've had a couple other close calls but this was a full wet dream. I've heard that men can only go so long without ejaculating and if you abstain you will get wet dreams so there is no avoiding it. Is this true? And how often should I expect wet dreams while I'm abstaining from all sexual activity?
That seems pretty long to do without a dream. I'm day 11 into my reboot and I just had one last night. This is a long time for me to go without one. Usually, I get them 6 days in.
I may have another couple partial ones but I woke up and stopped them from finishing. This was the first full wet dream. And I agree it seems like a while but I've heard other people say that it can take a full month or longer so idk.
My first wet dream also came about 4-5 weeks into my reboot, and then it kept occurring roughly every week (but sometimes more times within a shorter period).
I recommend you that when you are about to cum, press the PC Kegel muscles, and wake up as soon as you can.. and keep pressing them.
I tried to stop it but there was no stopping this one. What's funny is I didn't feel guilty about it like I have in the past. I guess it was just my body's way of releasing after abstaining so long which is natural. It's certainly far more natural than a PMO.
In my own experience, I started have several wet dreams in the first few weeks I started rebooting. But when my body adjusted, and the supply began to meet the less demand, I then stabilized. When my body stabilized, I would have one wet dream per month. I think that is average for most healthy, non masturbating males. But everyone is different.
It took me 110 days to have my first wet dream. Since then it's been every month or so. I guess my balls were really empty to begin with.
