Since I discovered so many people turn to P as a coping mechanism when they are feeling overwhelmed by life and especially work, I thought it might help to have a space where we can help one another through this and find better ways to process this. Not a big uptake on this thread, so I'll just go for a "3" and then park it there for now. 3rd tip/resource: pomodoro time. Anyone can work for 25 minutes. Google the pomodoro system, one of my favourite hacks for staying productive.
