Post before you relapse Arguably the most important aspect in overcoming this addiction is to break the autopilot of urge-------->relapse. Doing something, anything, in between the initial feeling of the urge and the acting on it starts to break down this autopilot mode which is called colloquially 'habit.' So, this is a thread to post urges on as and when they hit you. Hopefully someone will post something helpful for you too. But even if you relapse afterwards, you know you're making progress if you post on the forum first. Don't just relapse and then come here all depressed. Post before you relapse.
