To be perfectly frank with you all -- we're behind in our initial sales goals for this big push. But, on the bright side, I've learned such amazing things that will benefit the company in the long run. Things about managing, and troubleshooting, and perspective.

Always think big and positive, and long term, all while making sure the daily grind gets done, and you'll come out a winner.

PMO is so far in the past, it seems like it never happened --that is a minor miracle in and of itself.

P.S. For those of you who PMO'd their pelvis and groin muscles into chronic tightness over the years (like me) -- MSM, alpha lipoid acid, + vitamin C, magnesium, calcium. It's the MSM and ALA that make it work; sulphur is the key.

Hi 40New30, because you take and know a lot about Supplements, do you mind to give me your opinion about DHEA as a Hormon Supplement to boost Energy and help with Depression? It has the disadvantage that it Boosts the Libido too, so it could be bad for staying away from PMO. Thanks for your time.
I´m Looking for something to give me more Energy, I´m already taking the amino Acid L-Thyrosine but it seems not enougth and I was diagnosed with adrenal Fatigue.

Raising your libido as you get farther and farther away from PMO won't be an issue, but yeah, I hear you.

DHEA is supposed to be good for adrenal issues, so keep on that if you're benefiting from it. Tyrosine is not a good idea to run by itself, you would need to run 5 HTP/or tryptophan and cysteine as well. That would balance out that stack. If you run it unbalanced (just tyrosine) over time you'll burn out serotonin and deplete your organic sulphur. Check out amino acid therapy in a Google search and you should find this info. I think the name of the guy who has done trials is Dr Marty Hintz.

Adrenals run on sea salt and vitamin C. Also vitamin B5. These things create adrenal hormones.

So, get a good quality sea salt and take 1/4 teaspoon twice a day with a few grams of vitamin C. A full vitamin B complex with extra B5 is also good. And lastly, I would try one of the adaptogen herbs, they should balance thyroid and adrenals nicely. For depression I recommend Rhodiola and Ginseng, if you're getting anxiety I would recommend Ashwaghanda or Tulsi.

So, sea salt, vitamin C, vitamin B5, B complex, and Rhodiola or Ginseng. Not too much to stack and not expensive. Magnesium is always good too, for everyone. Magnesium citrate.

Thank you 40New30. I will try it because I start to feel motivated but with too low energy to do much.

Cool, bro. I think I had some adrenal issues coming off PMO too, but mine are much stronger now for sure.

Don't try any low carb diets, and I wouldn't drink caffeine or a lot of alcohol. Those things can stress the adrenals a lot. Meditation is your new best buddy, chill the body and the mind as much as possible; you need extra deep rest over a period of time.

Guys, I've been traveling for work and just absolutely putting in crazy hours; I wish I was posting more here, but I'm here to shout it loud and proud -- I am clean!

Night wood has been coming back with a vengeance the last few days despite my early May screw ups (yep, already sporting sharp wood), and as I said those were pretty much binge relapses, but I must add not binges like in my much darker days. I guess there are binges and there are binges.
    Let's put it this way, it wasn't a 5 minute wank...but it wasn't a 3 day marathon either.

And, it did feel...so different, not as enthralling, I didn't feel nearly as high from the P, and, I got virtually no withdrawal headaches and little insomnia. Erections did take a hit for a while though, sex felt alien...some DE, some PE. (All that seems to have leveled out by now.)

I guess what I'm saying is that it didn't take long at all to bounce back from that shit!

I'm like 5.5 weeks clean, but 2 years and 5.5 weeks 99.9999% clean.
    Progress, not perfection.

    Thanks guys!

To go from one of the worst addicts ever to where I am now is crazy, which is why I say anyone can get clean. I've lived through the lowest lows and the highest highs, no bullshit.

To mess up after 2 frickin' years and not have the hooks get into me, well, that just gives me even more peace of mind -- it is not failure. In addition this reminds me that I'm an addict. We all need reality checks from time to time.

    Peace.

Just checking in, absolutely no time for P. I've never been this busy in my life, and I'm handling it just fine.
No coincidence that there's no PMO, MO or P in my life!

Guys, I'm over seas on vacation. All is well, clean as a whistle -- thanks for looking out for me, Bobo! It means a lot.

I did have a weird post-orgasm symptom while over here...now this was after incredible jet lag (many time zone change), lack of sleep, caffeine, and alcohol...but the moral of this little post-O tale is that orgasm has a very powerful effect.

Anyhow, post O I was in a very cold A/C room (naked as a jay bird) and suddenly I got the shivers so bad that it brought on a serious anxiety attack which lasted about 90 seconds. It went away as soon as I showered and dressed. Very intense, and not fun but no other post O negatives.

    Non-linearness at play, gents.

Our sexuality definitely puts stress on our bodily systems...couple that with many other stresses at the same time and we can get system overload -- especially in a brain/body system still healing from years of PMO abuse to be certain.

My brain is still learning reality and healing, probably because of the relapse in May, a few wires were re-hooked. My physical body is still healing, mostly I feel things in my nervous system here and there; and, the nervous system is basically an outcropping of our brains; it's all connected somehow.

    Peace, bros...from sunny SE Asia.

Well done, my mentor! As I said on my thread, while I am not Jedi enough to suggest things to others, I CAN uplift and encourage. Thank you for your help!
