I've invested more into my business in the last two weeks than I have in the last two years. No bullshit.

Everything is coming together, huge sales blitz going on with my company...I'll report back with the results by end of June. This is what I've been working so hard for, for the last few years...and it's all paying off now.

No friggin' way I could have accomplished this if I was an active addict. Addicts cannot follow through in life.
The amount of growth I've made in the last 5 years is enormous, but I know there's a lot more to come -- keep pushing yourself to be a little better every day, boys. One small step.

Anyone here can stay clean, remember that it's a choice...even in the darkest pit days.

I've had a few anxiety moments the past week or so...I do think the relapse contributed, in addition to the new thyroid meds and too much coffee. The amazing part is that I just plowed right through them, they didn't slow me down from moving ahead in life.

Guess my point is that there have been some definite effects. On the other hand, they've been so very mild in comparison to the past, I'm very grateful. I'm also grateful that I'm not an active addict in this critical month for my business. Thanks be to God.

I was neglecting my physical health a bit when I relapsed, now I'm back to jogging. Anything that lessens stress helps keep us sober; that simple.

I have been sober for a week today, and so I am going to allow myself to post on a FEW threads. Yours is one because you have inspired me in the past and you continue to be one whom I hold in high esteem.

    Love ya, man.

So, I did want to mention this!

I have noticed a quite significant drop in night wood after I recovered my soberness, got control, and stopped the cycle, what have you.
While I was relapsing, my night wood actually increased in persistent "noticeability".

    What does this mean?

Well, I'm not sure, but I think it has to do with the brain 'thinking' it's reward was back! Like when the PMO comes back on the scene...the brain is like, yes!! The party is back! And the sexual hormone 'output' increases?! Receptors ramp up? (Mind you this is, of course, temporary, and I would have ruined my function completely had I kept going. No need to tell you that.)

It will be quite fascinating to see how long it takes until I get back to iron night wood each night. It's been about 2.5 weeks post fuck up and I'm not even close!
    But not worried.

    Stay tuned, brahs.

P.S. Don't ever, ever edge for a long time without releasing. If you don't release you'll mess up your system and get serious testicle pain, even temporary damage I think. I had serious testicular pain for weeks and weeks in the past, many moons, due to edging without release.

Remember orgasm isn't the problem (though it will feel like it for a while), it's wiring to pixels, being a voyeur, overstimulation of sexual circuits, etc.

dig deep must stop wasting my life on porn

Same for me no wood for me and I see it as my brain and body recharging it's self and it will take as long as it takes I have to be patient and not test it that's the discipline.

So true 40, a PMO session for me would last between 3 to 5 hours some times twice a day I think of all that damage I have done with all that edging,I feel embarrassed writing that down but it's the truth and I have to face up to it.

Good to see that you have got things under control again. Its also uplifting to read that you are not depressed by the experience. You have just picked yourself and have carried on moving forward, and I find that inspirational.

I agree with you on edging. I sense that was when the most damage was done during my addiction. In the end it wasn't enough to climax to a few videos because the orgasm became hollow. I had to keep chasing the dopamine high. My binges could last for hours before I finally hit the orgasm, often unintentionally. I am no doctor, but I think that this put stress on my prostate and has given me a weak urine flow.

I agree about the prostate, called prostitatis. Weak urine flow also.
