Something I seem to be experiencing and would like to know if this is normal?

Yes. After successful sex I don't get a good erection again for about 36-48 hours and I'm pretty moody a couple of hours afterwards too.

Since how much is this happening?

Most of my sexual life I think. I think it's mostly to do with having such a tight PC muscle that when I do cum it's been a bit of a workout on that particular area.

If it's been happening since your whole life and you attribute it to your PC muscle then it's not "flatline", flatline means dopamine imbalance caused by porn. What you are experiencing cuold be called pelvic floor dysfunction. Does your penis shrink and become unelastic in these occasion straight after the orgasms or when you have intense physical activities?

Yes. I'm planning to do a 30-day reboot of PMO and then start a plan for getting my PC back to health.
