    Hi Frankie,

You don’t want any sex at all or are just bored to have it every day or every so often ?

That’s what porn does to our brain though. You are probably bored of the classic stuff and/or bored to see the same naked body while with porn, in a matter of seconds your brain is used to see the images of every body type possible, age, ethnicity etc ...

Our brain craves for changes while during intercourse, we have only one body to contemplate.
And besides porn, the masturbation probably made it so you can only orgasm a certain way touching yourself.

I’ve been struggling with ED and delayed ejaculation for 15 years. Staying away from porn and having sex regularly fixed my delayed ejaculation completely (I used to need 30-45 minutes of intense stimulation to reach orgasm, and nowadays I come in 5-7 minutes). You don’t have ED, that’s good. Just stay away from porn and masturbation, and things should go back to normal for you.

What everyone said above. MO is a killer, dude. Also, deciding that it's good and cool to fuck a pussy because you need it helps. Us men need to get into the habit of putting OUR needs first!

Hey I struggled with ED and then when I finally got over that, I had DE, and eventually go over that. Basically, I tend to agree with everyone that MO is a killer, and I'm still addicted to it. My personally belief is that giving up MO and making sure you have healthy sexual outlets is key for rewiring.
