Dead penis for 4+ years - what can I do?

    Hey all, I'm new to this forum (have been on PEgym for a bit myself) and I'm looking to dive right into anything to help me recover or get me feeling better and more confident downstairs.

    The other night I went to have sex with my girl (first time with her) and I couldn't get it up. Felt terrible and depressed that night and all next day. I really want my life back before my penis went dead.

    Little back story, was having plenty of sex 5ish years ago and I believe I was clenching to make myself cum and didn't know the damage it could do. I also tried jelqing around this time. Almost within a day or so (can't pin point it specifically) my penis sensation went away and feel nothing downstairs. I was freaking out. Saw my doctor and multiple urologist and they checked me out and said everything looked good. Here were/are some of my symptoms:

    -Shrinkage of penis (flaccid/erect)
    -Loss of feeling at base of penis, only really have feeling at tip area
    -Erections are hard to get and go away very quickly
    -Ejaculation doesn’t have the “wow” feeling
    -Soreness in taint area especially after working out

    I can't bear it any longer, I'm in shambles and it's ruining my life in all aspects. I want to fix it! NOW!

    I've read that reverse kegels (don't know how to do these) can help along with massaging. As of now, no more porn or masturbation until I get on the road to recovery.

    Sorry this is long but I'm desparate for help and would appreciate all I can get!

    Same story here, just much worse.
    I think we should not stop seeing doctors.
    Obviously don't think of watching porn.
    I am thinking of doing this video before going to sleep. I haven't figured out reverse kegel / kegel either.

    Please keep posting here on your successes, as will I and hopefully we can collectively fix our problem or at least see the light at the end of the tunnel.

    Here's what I'm doing currently:
    -I've completely stopped watching porn and don't plan on to soon. I have not had enough time away from it to see any results yet.
    -As far as supplements I'm taking Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men multivitamins and Boost Elite test booster (half serving size) just to pump up my test to see if that will help my libido, especially for the girl I'm seeing. I've heard L'Arginine is a highly recommended supplement for similar issues, I may order some soon.
    -I've been doing yoga maybe once a week and some stretching here an there. I've heard about the tennis ball stretching and may try it soon. Here is a good write up about it on another forum:
    -I like working out and want to but it seems like my taint area is a little sore after I do so I'm gonna lay off the gym for a while because it seems to worsen my issue. Do you notice this as well?
    -I will watch that video you posted tomorrow night and try out some reverse kegels which from reading a bunch on here and PEgym seems like this can really help.
    -I found a website that can locate local pelvic health PTs in the area. From what I've read, this could be the root of our issue. I may contact one that is about 50min from me and see what they suggest. Here's the link it your interested :
    -I noticed that I may have an overly active PC muscle that tenses up automatically (probably from squeezing when I cum) so I'm trying to relax this throughout the day especially when I go to pee. Instead of squeezing out the last bit I'll stand there and let it dribble out.
    -I've also heard that mental health is a huge factor so I'm trying not to let it get to my head but that's nearly impossible some days.

    My problem is probably worse than normal. I don't remember a lasting erection an year after puberty. I probably suffer from other stuff too, maybe a venous leak. I get erections for like seconds.

    I go to the gym regularly. I don't know how it affects my body, all I know is I have to go.

    You have a good plan, I will do it too but I am thinking of taking something like trimix. It will at least help mentally. I am apprehensive it will work though if I have a venous leak.

    How are your reverse kegels going? I'm having a bit of a hard time figuring them out. My PC muscles are super tense and contract regularly throughout the day.

    Does your perineal (taint) area have any soreness to it after the gym/ near the end of a full day?

    I don't know much about Trimix but penis injections seems pretty intense, Idk if that will actually get to the root of the problem. Plus having to inject your penis every time you have sex sounds a little ridiculous.

    Edging to porn has caused an imbalance in your pelvic floor, most likely. This can cause poor circulation, feelings of numbness, pain, as well as DE, bad erections.

    Yoga, relaxation, seeing a pelvic floor PT, and strengthening certain muscles (gluten, hamstrings, stomach) are known to correct the problem.

    It took several years to cause this problem and it won't be erased over night.

    I've had this problem on and off for a few years, I'll be going to a PT and focusing on correctly anterior pelvic tilt going forward as well. Hope this helps some people.

    My pain was so bad that I got serious anxiety/pain while lifting heavy weights, could not do squats or deadlifts without horrific spasms. FYI. It felt like my balls would explode; I have been 99.999% PMO free for a little over 2 years.

    No PMO helps, but it won't get you all the way home to healed.
