    Sounds nice. :D

    @darkwolf stay strong!

Think, I will soon start a reverse kegel routine. I have kegelspasm in the morning, when my penis is erect. I had also involuntary spasm the last time I PMO'd, which caused PE. Really annoying. Wrong masturbation technic for 7 years ftw....

Califree - Yeah, I am getting these sometimes, too. Or when talking to or thinking about an attractive woman. Happens more sometimes than others.

Darkwolf - What do you mean by a new intense phase? Being as I'm now in month 2 of my reboot, I'm looking forward to something shifting, hopefully.

When subtle/not-so-subtle changes happen in sexual fantasizing (which I actively try to deal with using a technique I posted about in my journal) and of course how the genetalia feel. The question is, is it just a thing that happens one day or a trend? I might be in a trend. I'm approaching 2 months. Numbers don't tell you everything and you can't predict but journaling helps I guess.

    Samwell Tarly!

Some questions, if you don't mind answering them. We're here as a group to help support each other, and part of that involves accountability. In the same way that I would hope others in the group to ask me constructive questions and offer feedback, I'd like to ask you some questions Cali. Take some time to answer them - this is not an interrogation, but I found asking questions of myself helped me to grow in awareness and get some control over the habit.

What lead to this relapse? What was the sequence of events?
What were the factors/triggers that lead to this relapse? What can you do to overcome this happening again?
How has porn damaged your life? What do you want out of this reboot?

Wishing us all strength, and no apology needed, I know this is a hard path to walk.

    Samwell Tarly.

    Install K-9.
Don't click on links you know are triggers. I frequently browse forums that has a picture section and half of those threads are of hot women.

This is what we want you to do the next time you get the urge.

    Even better.

Install-K9, block porn, create a randomly-generated password, write the password down and store it somewhere outside of your home.!

Re: We are the Night's Watch. Welcome to 'Castle Black' [GROUP]

Well what lead me to the relapse was that I dont use a computer I use my iphone for everything and sometimes i search something like an idiot and then it's like i'm not even controlling what happens next. Wont happen again and if it does i'll just walk away for a while. I'm also going to put my phone walking distance away from my bed again which will help a lot.
    Does that answer everything?

I also got a k9 app for my phone and turned safari off even though its easy to bypass them I think i'll have enough willpower to not search something or just walk away.

Don't sweat it too much. It happens, but try to figure out why and how you can avoid it moving forward. I would suggest going as far as making lifestyle changes rather than correcting things here and there. For example, I am trying to just spend more time outdoors and with friends. I find myself being too much of a homebody at times (job involves working from home) and try to get out whenever I possibly can.

    Hope everyone is doing well.

Yeah i'm not really tripping about it anymore but maybe it was a good thing since i'm making alot of changes and gonna be more aware 100% of the day now.

Wow I just saw that you're only 15 Califree. Good on you for recognising this problem early and having the strength address it!

I tried a couple of times to give up when I was you're age, but I never lasted a week. I think mostly because I was clueless to what it would do to me long term.

Good to see you back on the horse again, I'm sure you have a very fulfilling sex life ahead of you.

Exactly. Wish I had known it better at the same age. I'm sure you will overcome it.

Woke 2 times up today and had 2x MW, but also massive cravings, but I could handle it. It's so hilarious. My father is an alcohol addict and I saw what alcohol could do to a person and learnt from it. I swore, that I would never become like my father, but I was also addicted all these years without knowing. It makes me really sad. Had I known, how harmful porn could be, I had never overdone it.

Re: We are the Night's Watch. Welcome to 'Castle Black' [GROUP]

Yes I also had that same realisation. My father is addicted to gambling and I have always been so careful to avoid addictions. The problem is that it was that I never saw this as such a harmful addiction.

Re: We are the Night's Watch. Welcome to 'Castle Black' [GROUP]

Just out of curiosity. I have been inconsistently rebooting for nearly 15 months now and always get to certain points until I relapse. Sometimes it is at the hands of women I am dating (literally) and, other occasions, it is me just masturbating because of blue balls. I have thought about not dating, but I'm at a point where I am actually starting to really enjoy getting intimate with women so rewiring seems like my only option, along with no PMO, of course.

I just wonder where I would have been if I just stayed clear of women for the first 3 to 6 months and just not masturbated at all. I live in the best city in the world IMO ;D and hate not being out socializing and partying. I am reminding rebooters who haven't been doing this for a long time that it is best to be strict with yourself from the very beginning so it does not drag on like mine has. Once it drags on this long, you sometimes feel as if nothing has changed or you are permanently damaged, which is definitely not the case.

I really hope, that pornography addiction and the problems coming with it getting more attention in the future (Health education in school etc).

Re: We are the Night's Watch. Welcome to 'Castle Black' [GROUP]

Yeah, I think toning down masturbation and the porn use is enough to get results, but it takes longer (Your porn history is also important, how many times etc. ). Last time I read an article of a guy 21 years old guy on YBOP rebooting inconsistently for 9 months and was cured from ED. A clean streak is the best to minimize the amount of time.

    Edit:

I like your attitude, mate! You seem like a guy who looks positively on life.
