Can PMO lead to low libido (no desire to M or P or have real sex) ?

I've been PMOing for 15 years without any issue for the first 13 years. I enjoyed a great sex life. I'm 33 now.

However 2 years ago something changed, I stoped feeling any urge to M, to P or to have sex with a real women. I remain in the same state nowadays. I kept on PMOing until now just out of habit but my erections are worse and worse and I don't feel aroused by anything anymore (not even P).

I saw 2 doctors, done blood tests, everything is normal.

Can it be the chronic PMO that killed my sex drive (towards real partners AND porn)? Will a reboot reverse it?

    Thanks for your help

Yeah in my non medical opinion PMOing will take it's toll. There could be other reasons for your loss of sex drive though such as depression or anxiety or other issues.

But the best thing you can do is to see what life without PMO could be like. Then you can see for yourself. Most probably it will be a clear improvement for you if you don't PMO and focus on your partner !

Can you think of any medications or anything else you might have done differently when the problems started?
