CALL FOR HELP! Over 15 months no porn, still not cured please help

Dear reader. The title says it all. Ive been over 15 months of no porn. No stimulating material whatsoever, seen bits and pieces by accident but didnt seen any porn

I am a healthy guy of 24 years old. Ive started my “reboot” 15 months ago. Ive had several girlfriends during these 15 months. My journey started with 3 months of no O. after that I started to have regular o’s. My erections where sluggish and I could not rely on them all the time. I started using kamagra and I could have sex on these pills. I started using them a lot and having a lot of sex (and O). since I started having o my feelings of energy and well being where going downhill. I felt like sh*t almost all the time and have little energy to do things or do my best at work. Recently I tried to eliminate all o and have sex whitout climaxing.

Me and my girlfriend have sex and I stop just before reaching an O. This can go on and on for half an hour or so. After the sex I also feel tired and down. However, when I don’t have sex for a day or two. I feel much better, until I have sex again. What am I doing wrong? How can I be cured and don’t feel like shit when having sex? I have a girlfriend now for half a year and I don’t want to lose or disappoint her. She is very sexual active and wants it all the time.

Also, I fantasize a lot about sex/girls. I try to eliminate these thoughts but sometimes I just cant and they keep popping up in my head. Also I dream a lot about sex/girls almost every night. Also, during these 15 months. I never really experienced true libido.

I think maybe you had too many O's. Some people have to go like a year without O.

Are you serious? Most of the hardcore addicts are now taking at least 6 months and i've read many reports of people saying they too 9 months, no O, before they had any kind of libido return, only to have one orgasm and they went back into flatline. I'm surprised you aren't aware of this. 90-120 days isn't always enough.

 

What is your longest period of time without any orgasm? Masturbation?

Of course it isn't a lack of rewiring; could it be some deficiency? Have you ever had some blood tests?

 

Feeling bad during and after sex doesn't feel like it is porn related after this time. I assume, you actually stayed away from porn and didn't bend the definition of no-porn.

Is your health OK (meaning was it checked), are you on medication of some sorts, do you have to deal with depression? Are you still using the ED drugs?

 

I think someone is misunderstanding the meaning of a normal sexual response. Someone said that after a week of multiple orgasms (like the guy from the link you've posted) is not able to have erections or a consistent libido.... of course is not! We're not machines, probably many of them have experienced during their porn days (years) the idea that 5-6 (or more) orgasms a day is normal. Plus, usually their maximum usage is during teenage years.

I don't want to say that is unuseful to abstain from every O activity for a while, but there are more things to consider over rewiring.

Yes this is correct, i didnt look at any porn or stimulating material during the 15 months. I am not using any medication, depression is due to the lack of libido and well being i think. I am using the ED drugs about once a week or so. before i used them every day or every other day. My health isnt checked but i work out 4 times a week and weigh 213 lbs with a bodyfat of 12/13 procent.

Zinc or magnesium deficiency, the tiredness seems related to this.
Of course, if you have sex 3 or 4 times a day it's normal to be tired!

For the sluggish penis, well... try some maca or tribulus or ginseng or even l-arginine, these are natural and could be helpful.

I take an all in one supplement that covers the zinc and magnesium. Maca tribulus ginsen l- argine l-citrulline i tried all of these.
Also i follow a healthy diet rich in protein medium carbohydrates medium fat.
I dont think it is related to this because when i dont have sex i feel much better.

 

Mayve you workout a little too much? I'm also into fitness and bodybuilding and I find that sometimes after a workout I'm a little too tired. Do you sleep well?

And another thing, after 15 months no-pmo I don't think that your depression is libido-related... do you have other issues?

 

He is using Kamagra, which is exactly the same as Viagra. No need for herbs and stuff on top of that.

15 months of no pmo... come on! I had major ED problems and I was cured with 3 months.

He had a lot of rewiring, he never did M, it's basically too much.

 

When you started to use porn? For how many times and for how long?

 

I dont workout to much, 4 times a week for an hour max intense weightlifting.. sleep 8+ hours a night.

I started to use porn at age 11-12 till age 23, multiple times a day edging for hours on end.


And i did 15 months of no PM. not 15 months of no PMO. had have regular orgasms up to 4-5 times a day with my girl

 

There are lots people who need to stop all kinds of orgasm to recover,even sex.They go into a flatline again if they have sex.
Stop sex for a few months.

 

So you're saying what? If someone has gone 9-12 months and haven't recovered yet it MUST be something else? What is the maximum length for a reboot. I wasn't aware there is a cut off.
