Hi BE, I've just read all of your posts in this journal! Thank you for your consistent efforts and your honesty re: MO and your figuring things out regarding your long-distance relationship. It's really inspiring seeing the PMO counter tick upward. Thanks, BeefNoJerky
thats a great video thanks for sharing, it is a warning just how far we could have fallen if not for finding this forum. thanks for all your support...keep on bro
Hey Bright! Wow... "pee sitting down" eh? Very interesting. I do this when I'm tired or in the morning. Works well. However, I believe there is a lot to be said for not touching yourself at all. When I wake up in the morning, the FIRST thing I do is typically shove my hand into my underwear and stumble into the bathroom....then get undressed for the shower and holding myself all they way into the shower. This is nothing "sexual" in nature, it's just what I do. Or is it?? See... NOW, I believe it IS sexual in nature... it's a subconscious thing I think. Either way... the bigger and more simpler question is WHY do that? Why? What's it do? habit? Stop it. Right? anyway... here's to sitting down peeing! Good call
I think it is sexual. I used to touch myself a lot more than I do now. Since breaking the porn and masturbation habit I don't touch myself very often at all, only when peeing or watching. I have learned that self-soothing or self-pleasuring does not work.
Well I can tell you mine is extra clean because the shower is the only place I feel I am allowed to touch it.
Interesting LTE! Thank you for the insight on that... yea, it just breeds the "need" for more. Stimulates the dopamine release
That's it. What I had to learn was that soothing and pleasure giving have to come from without, not from within. Since I figured that out it has become much easier not to masturbate because I know it can't bring real pleasure. Without masturbation porn is of no interest to me.
I give thanks that I no longer watch the filmed recordings of troubled young women performing under the direction of sick-minded porn merchants. Nowadays, I like to watch the opposite: Massively strong young women doing their own thing, whatever that thing may be. In this clip we have three sisters from the San Fernando Valley rocking so hard that you, Middle-Aged Man, may or may not be able to handle it... Got into some serious reading and viewing. I do not agree with all that is presented in the documentary at the YouTube link provided below, but I believe much of what they present to be true. A Drug Called Pornography In addition to the YouTube videos, there is a lot of info on the AntiPornography.org website, including descriptions of the porn life by former pornstars. It is all terribly depressing to think about. For those in the United States, it might be better to wait until after Thanksgiving to check it out.
