Breaking negative patterns

    My unaddressed unhelpful patterns:
    • Using my phone on/in my bed any time of the day, especially if I can't relax or sleep
    • Using VPN's or paying for mobile data to bypass home web filter
    • Limerance over ex-partners and love interests, visiting profiles for comfort
    • Using social media apps as portals to artificial stimuli
    • Using dating apps
    • Using PMO as physical pain relief or distress relief for chronic conditions
    • Having setbacks when home alone
    • Using PMO to relieve restlessness which is usually withdrawal anyway
    • Using earphones
    • Intentional searches
    • Using PMO as a general avoidance of life and it's stresses
