Thanks brothers, I appreciate the support! Positives from this week: Got out of comfort zone more. Was more proactive in terms of work. Went good with the chores. More social interactions and meeting with friends and family. Went to gym twice. Was able to keep my alcohol rules (no drinking during week, not more than 2 per day on weekends). negatives: 3 relapses, which is 2 more than the weeks before. Lack of sleep. Foggy brain at times. Triggers noticed this week: Loneliness; craving connection with a woman. Boredom; much time home alone. Lack; not being happy with where I’m at in life. Fear; considering all the stuff going on in the world. Goals: Gotta keep up with the positives and reduce the negatives by keeping an eye out for the triggers. Keep working on a sleeping routine.
