Great, same for me regarding breathing during the day, it becomes a healthy habit. More awareness of our body and mind during the day. I started the WH breathing 3 weeks ago and I already see the (good) results.

Definitely. Throughout the day I really feel in contact with my body in the here and now.

Bad night. Now with a lot of anger. I feel it from my throat to my upper belly. Should go for a run. careful not to project the anger on wife or kids.

Our grief can make us angry. We grieve all that we've lost, all we've wasted. A run is a great idea, or just a walk. I don't feel angry much anymore, but when I do, I try to do something for someone else, because it brings me back to center. It seems counter-intuitive, but it can work. :) Or, sometimes you just have to get the hell away from everyone. LOL :D

I can understand how that would help, although right now it would trigger my approval seeking system. I went for a run and a cold shower and it did help. So yeah, ran away from everyone but came back ;)

Seriously tempted to watch porn now. But that would mean throwing away all the good stuff I accumulated last weeks. Will go to sleep now and wake up with a fresh and clean mind. Goodnight!

I've been faced with temptation too as of late. As you say, why throw away the good work ? You've made the right call in going to bed and getting rest.

Thanks. I made the right call at first, but 1 hour later I woke up with a lot of frustration and fantasized and edged quite intensely. I should have gone for a walk or run yesterday evening or otherwise calm down before going to bed. I had a real good day yesterday, but was also a bit hyper. Actually I should have taken breaks during the day to stay calm. That works better than trying to undo the accumulated tension during the day.

Just had my morning cold shower, which feels like a reset. Maybe I should have done that before going to bed yesterday....

There's a couple of should have's in there. :) Ultimately you made a good call. Pat yourself on the back and move on! :)

Watched porn yesterday, but could not find anything interesting. FMOed afterwards. Intensity no different from PMO. Now at work and brainfoggy. Not going to feel down about it though.

Lol I can see the "reading/woodcarving" has been honorably discharged from this latest entry.

Haha, yeah. Wanted to make it a bit easier and actually it falls under 'time for self'. Maybe will put it back in if I have more chance for that. Actually last night I had, but watched a movie (El Camino), which was also really nice. Cost me some sleep, but worth it.

    What's a bodyscan?

Sounds like something I do when a pretty woman walks past :)
