Dude, 40mg is a lot. Do you not get strong side effects from that? At 20mg I get an annoying headache that lasts for days.
Have you considered breaking that down to 10mg per day instead of large 40mg doses?
Whatever works for you. I just wouldn't recomment that someone take that much unless directed by a doctor.

Either way, I'm glad you have something that works.

Out of all three erectile dysfunction medicines I found the Cialis 20 mg most effective and longer acting, in my experience I performed multiple times. I was very satisfied and didn't experience any side effects.

Brand is obviously well quality controlled, but you also pay a premium for their massive markup. After all, you have to pay for all of those 3 minute highly produced expensive commercials they run at prime time every night.
If you can get a prescription and if you can get insurance coverage, brand is best. It's also not bad to initially try with brand name before moving on to generics so you have a baseline to compare to.
Cialis 20mg is about $50 per pill which is insanely expensive. Generic is about $2 or less per 20mg.
With Generic, there are good ones out there and there are weak ones. Generally most of them do what they should, but you just need to take more of the weak generics.

For cialis, Tadarise is a good generic brand (any of that company's brands are pretty good http://www.sunriseremedies.in/man-products.html.) There may be others but that's one I know to be as good as Cialis. safemedpills.com sells it (overseas) and they're decent (not a scam.)
Tadalista is a brand of generic Cialis I found to be very weak. So I'd avoid that.
For generic viagra www.alldaychemist.com/men-s-health.html has some good ones. Silagra and Suhagra are both good. Get whichever is cheaper.

In the US, you can get generics sold under the smoke screen of "research liquids" from places like purchasepeptides.net which sells liquid tadalafil (cialis). It's about 1mg per drop from the dropper bottle (but you can get a more accurate measuring dropper for $1) and it's good quality. Get on their email list and you can get a bottle for about $20 on promotion.
They also sell liquid sildenafil (viagra) and vardenafil (levitra)

I recommend you go to the doctor first. Get a prescription. Get any free samples you can (sometimes they have a coupon you can take to the pharmacy) or buy a few pills. Try those. After that, stock up on generics if you like what it does.

Real generics from real pharmacy always has 100% of the actice ingredient. There is no such thing as weak generic, unless it is some illegal counterfeit.

Operative word "real" phamacy. I was talking about generics from illegitimate online "phamracies." I should have been more clear that I was talking about the non-legit sources.
Yes, real generics from real phamaciea are just as good.

use the smallest dose that works - and the tricky thing is that you could take a high dose and not notice how potent it is unless you are around a partner in a nice relaxed setting..

if I tested strengths out solo and sensed that the dose was to little , but then the wife came home and i was glad i didnt take too much...

i buy 20mg's break them into bits 2.0 mg is enough for me 5 mg. I get a brutal headache if i went past 5mg... hoping that i won't need 20mgs - we'll see how i age. (im 52 only)...

40mg I've only heard of for other conditions beside ED.
or when something physical other than in the more typical realm of ED has gone on in the body

Same. Above 10mg and headaches and back pain (where I have a problem) happens.
I got some Tadarise 40mg and cut them into 1/4. I sometimes try to go 1/8 but it's hard to get even portions that size.
One thing to note is that higher dosages don't really work "better" they just last longer. So taking 20mg isn't going to give you a stronger hard-on than say 10mg, it'll just last 3 days instead of 1. I don't think anything above 10mg is going to give you any better results.
Also Cialis (tadalafil) really has a slow update. I find it works best to take it 4 hours ahead of sex. By then it's full effect should be on.

Personally I rarely take this anymore but when I did, this is what I learned.
FYI. My doctor told me to try 5mg and only take more if I really needed it.

In fact, higher doses would "very much" fix overall effect, especially for Cialis, which, with its IC50 value of PDE5 inhibition at 9.4nM is the weakest of the holy trio with selectivity which is better in terms of PDE6 enzyme inhibition (hence no blue effect in the the visual field) but much worse in terms of PDE11 enzyme (hence the famous back pain).
For me, the 20 mg doses were always a lottery. 40 mg was much more consistent, much stronger erections, but still incomparable with Levitra or Viagra. I still have not tried daily intake of Cialis, mainly due to a cost, but also because of conflicting impressions over the Internet. What never failed me, though, is Levitra, or more accurately, extremely cheap generic named Vilitra by Centurion laboratories which I use for almost two years now.

those selectivity stats are what I've read..
makes me wonder about trying the other 2 occasionally.
I did try Vardenafill once and it worked very well when at a comparable dose to my tadalafil dose -it was equally effective - no more no less.\

Myself, I've mainly used tadalafil as i described above . it works really well i would say that I DO get harder on 5 mg than on the 2mg chunks that I take.

AND it does last longer as well. that is to say that after the first half life (17.5 hours i believe) there is over then 2.5 mg instead of 1 mg at the above doses. I'm 52. and I enjoy the boost. recreationally - I'm not lost without it though..

I'd add that on my good days when I'm getting very good hardness off of the drug it's in some ways more fun... it's a different sensation.. to be hard through not having cum for a while and being well rested and having had some physical exercise, and a nice situation with my wife.

In youth erections were of course easier to come by and easier to maintain.... the art of it though naturally entails more ebb and flow - that is to say that young guys naturally get hard,,, but are not at a constant state of rockhardness non stop (it's not natural there is supposed to be ebba dn flow - but in youth it only takes a clench or to toget to full boner.. ... the PDE 5's are good for that rock hard state even at a more advanced age - kind of fun in a different way - in that i can thrust according to my wife's arousal kind of feeling like a superman..- although she isn't into extending the sexy times for more than 10 minutes... unfortunately... Everyone is different male or female..

Cialis takes effect way more faster than other ED drugs. I take the 10mg capsule an hour before sexual activity just so I have reached my peak on the onset of the activity. Just like YellowMinion, I took 20mg once and I suffered from intense headaches. I would recommend talking to someone who knows the drug as well, may it be your doctor or pharmacist. Also, read up online on forums and review sites like http://phrmreviews.com/r/assuredpharmacy-co-uk-review-efficient-online-pharmacy-quite-expensive/ where they specialize on reviewing reputable online pharmacies and what meds and drugs they offer.

10mg is the recommended starting dose for Cialis. If you have never taken Cialis before, it is likely that your doctor will prescribe this dosage, all options you can look at http://alldaychemist1.com/ . If you find that the 10mg tablet is too weak, you can ask your doctor if you can take the 20mg dose instead.
Likewise, if you find that you experience side effects when using the 20mg dosage you can switch to the lower 10mg dose to see if you tolerate it better.

    Hello,

I would also like to share my experiences with Cialis.

I am 42 years old and I have erection problems for 2 years. At first I thought it was temporary, but unfortunately it was not. I tried all sorts of exercises, but it did not bring much.

At the moment, I am taking a product called Tadalafil 20, which is available at kamagraofficial.com/en/product/action-multipacks/5x-packs-tadalis-sx-20-pills . I'm completely satisfied with that.

Tadalafil is actually Cialis generic. This means that it contains the same active ingredients in the same amount and composition.

As far as the delivery time is concerned. The goods always arrive in 2-3 working days.
