I use too much of this junk. What apps do you use to reduce your social media usage?

    Delete all your accounts.
If you don't want to do that, then delete the apps on your phone.

    Apps:
Freedom (freedom.to) — I use this to schedule access to sites I want to limit my access to, but not block completely.
Also have a 24/7 block running, but I have issues respecting it.

Moment (https://inthemoment.io/) — track your phone usage.

Momentum (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/momentum/laookkfknpbbblfpciffpaejjkokdgca?hl=en) — stops you from visiting sites straight away.

Pluckeye (http://www.pluckeye.net/) — similar to freedom

Hosts file block (google it) — for blocking sites.

Enable restrictions on your phone (give someone else the password).
Delete sites from your history/taskbar so they don't show up when you start typing the name.
Block sites you're not going to access again on your hosts file and Freedom.

You can disable for sometime. Facebook offers that option.
