Appetite suppressants?

My food addiction and porn addiction are linked. My appetite for food and my drive for sex are strong as anyone's, but they are wired for the wrong thing. I desire porn instead real sex and I desire sugar, carbs, calories, and fat instead organic greens and herbs.

I know there's no magic pill to change my desires to watch porn, but I know there are appetite suppressants that not only lower my appetite, but change the very cravings themselves.

I've heard that some can turn me off to anything with potato sauce, and make leafy veggies more appealing. Anyone have any suggestions?

N-acetyl-cysteine and lithium orotate (low dosages) help with porn cravings actually. Amino acids therapy can also help. You'll still want to watch porn, but somehow it becomes more manageable / decreases withdrawals.

Regarding appetite, just take a whey protein shake every day (I recently started adding a mix of vanilla, ginger, cinnamon and cloves in it - get your ratios right and it's quite good). It's good for your health, it provides neurotransmitters, and proteins kill hunger. Add 1-2 TBS coconut oil / MCT oil in it for added decadance. It works very well before/after workout. Or as a light meal (although not often: it's not a meal replacement).

More generally, get your blood sugar stable. Chromium, gymnestra, (matcha) green tea all help. A low carb diet helps too (50-150g/day depending on your fitness goals and amount of exercise). Meditation, good sleep and exercise as well.

It's harder to make but its benefits are far-reaching: get your gut health right. Some high-potency probiotics (HIGH potency, 50 billion CFU a day minimum), prebiotics, anti-fungal (garlic/onion, berberine, cinnamon, coconut oil, etc...), no/little processed foods all help. Whey benefits gut health as well, especially the glutamine in it.

There is a large element of habit to unhealthy eating, so look into this.

Another couple of suggestions: get more sleep and drink more water. I find that when I'm tired I crave sugary foods for some instant energy, and that much of time people think they are hungry when in fact they are thirsty.

    Hi there,
If you want to be absolutely disgusted by food, try Reductil Sibutramine. This product is awesome for appetite control. I can go a whole day without really thinking about food. As for side effects, it makes me very thirsty and I have a constant dry mouth. But I am not bothered by this side effect so much as I have always had trouble remembering to drink, and now drink about 3 litres a day. I order my pills at meridiareductil.com....just in case.
