Anyone using the R/Tribe app or the Nofap app? Sort of on the fence about using it as it entails being on my smartphone, which at times is a risky behavior itself that can be potentially be a trigger. But, I like the idea of having the immediacy of sending out a trigger alert in real time and getting the real time support. Thoughts?
