Anyone else taking a long time to fully reboot and get completely rid of PIED?

Hi! I have been watching Porn since I was 13, now I'm about to be 26, and last year I decided to stop watching Porn. I have had PIED for a while, and I got rid of porn in hope of healing. It's been 191 days since then, things improved for sure, now I have good morning wood most of the days, sometimes even persists a little bit after getting up, what is awesome. However, erections are still not quite perfect. They go away really fast (its a matter of seconds) if I stop stimulating. I know there is nothing physically wrong with me cause I go to the doctor from time to time, hormones are in check, good T levels. Oh and my refractory time is a little long. So I think I'm not healed yet.

Question is: is it normal to take this long to heal? or will I not improve anymore? I have reduced masturbation to a minimum, and trying to keep fantasies in check (although sometimes its really hard).

Thanks guys! Trying not lose hope.

Eliminate all orgasms. You shouldn't be masturbating if you have PIED.

yes. Beginning of this year I had sex twice, erections were ok. Not amazing though. I had sex other times too, but with a small dose of challis. My doctor said it would be good to take it for a while.

I have to cut M completely. But I have had sex a few times, most of them with a little help of cialis. It's good for rewiring right?

Another thing, this process is really not linear right? Cause sometimes it seems I'm much better, but others it seems I have made no progress, and erections and libido are shit (but still have Morning wood)

Yes it’s normal, many guys report of changing performance quality with different girls or just different situations they had sex after a reboot. It is not linear till you are completely healed and even than normal men without PIED etc. have no frequent 100% Boners and endless stamina.

For me cialis, V helped al lot for beating performance anxiety! Just stay a the lowest Dosis which works for you till you keep practicing without it.

A small dose of cialis works wonders for me. It's just annoying having to take it being so young :/
