Just wanted to know if anyone has tried any supplements specifically for Ed or sexual health, if so what were they and did they help?

Look at all the Wankers in this thread. Lol...

To answer the OPs question...without trying to sell anything.

Avoiding any and ALL forms of artificial sexual stimuli is all you really need to bring back your mojo. At least for me...that's what's worked best. Once you reach that'll realize just how ridiculous & stupid artificial sexual stimuli REALLY is.

How long did it take you OU812 and did you suffer from ED or PE?

Hard to give an exact time frame. Being I went all in...after numerous failed reboot attempts. I went hard mode for 1+ years...with out ANY O. So my first O was with a Woman after an extended period. I was Celibate for 7+ years prior. Obviously PMO was involved. So PE/ED was difficult to gauge...although when I used to PMO I wasn't fully erect a lot of the time...if that tells you anything. Haha...

pretty much nothing with the natural supplements I've tried... yohimbe felt awful like 100 coffees - no help with erections, horny goat weed tea and tincture did nothing

exercise and sleep both helped. the best natural physical health boosters for erections.

DHEA helped - sort of - I think it gave me some vigor and vitality back. Although somtimes I'm ok without it... it's really hard to tell, and I still take it whenever I need to be strong and focussed for work and maybe sex. it works for vitality for me at 51 years old....

Tadalafil generic or Cialis brand both work wonders for my erections - very specifically. Hardness like when I was younger. Headaches and neck stiffness can quite bad though lasting over a day..

Also I don't want to feel dependant on tadalafil (Which I do feel a little bit)

I'm ok without tadalafil with the wife if I've abstained for a day or two . (I'm not young so that's probably par for the course).

Again, Horny goat weed, yohimbe were a waste of time and money - sad to say.

Although there are sellers everywhere (of the generics) the pills I received were identical to brand cialis... I got a prescription after the doc after he gave a few samples.. the price is crazy though.. The generics are very hard to get sent to Canada though.. More often than not the drugs were seized at customs.. smaller batches seem to have a better chance at making it through. I actually got my refund reasonably promptly when consecutive shipments got confiscated.... big hassle and made me very nervous about the legal danger - which I'm not actually sure about - how that works.. I received a letter or two which was kind of terrifying.

I still use the legit brand cialis for that major erection boost when the wife is willing... which is sadly quite rare. It's a kick to have that kind of hardness at 51 ! I'm otherwise free from drugs - pharma or recreational - after taking a 2mg chunk I usually end up having sex once or twice , but then wanking 2-3 timesin the next day or two as i feel easily aroused/ erect for another day or two , and the wife isn't really that much into sex.. It's fun to binge but that's too many orgasms for a 51 year old in a few days time

also, don't ever buy a car, waste of money
I have a brand new car in my driveway and it was fine for a few days, now it won't start.,
    does it have gas?

oh, shit, opps, ok cars are fine, i was using it wrong

yohimbe needs to be used in the correct doseage and fasting

you arent an expert, don't give bad advice when you don't know what the Fruit you are doing, thx

    heres a guide

    Q: What is yohimbe/yohimbine?

Yohimbe/yohimbine is an alpha-2 antagonist, meaning it inhibits the effect of alpha-2 receptors. This has many effects in teh body including to help mobilize stubborn bodyfat; it also has a tendency to increase heart rate and blood pressure. Other side effects are also possible and individuals prone to anxiety attacks must not use yohimbine. Yohimbe can also cause water retention which can mask fat loss.

Q: What is the difference between yohimbe and yohimbine?

Yohimbe is a herbal form of the compound. Most yohimbe products are extracted from some type of bark and contain not only yohimbe but a number of related alkaloids. The alkaloids can cause a number of odd side effects including chills and sweating.

Yohimbine HCL is the pure pharmaceutical form of the compound. It has far fewer side effects and is what I recommend. The big drawback to yohimbine HCL is that it's only available in 2.5 mg capsules and you end up having to take a handful to get an effective dose.

Q: What's the effective dose of yohimbine?

0.2 mg/kg bodyweight taken with caffeine 30-60 minutes before fasted cardio. So a 70 kg (154 lb) individual would take 14 mg. Since the pills are only available in 2.5 mg doses, the individuals would take 6 of them, getting 15 mg total.

Q: Why do I have to use yohimbine/caffeine fasted?

The increase in insulin from eating anything will negate the effect of yohimbine completely and the negative studies on yohimbine invariably used it in people who had eaten.

Q: I bought a herbal form of yohimbe that says it contains 1200 mg which is 10X what you say I should be taking. What's going on?

Of that 1200 mg bark, only a small percentage is actually yohimbine. So if it were standardized to 0.2% yohimbe alkaloids, each pill would contain 1200 mg * 0.002 = 2.4 mg active ingredient.

Q: The product I bought doesn't say what it's standardized too, how do I know how much is in each pill?

You can't. Throw it out and get a better product.

Q: Can I take yohimbine with ephedrine?

While some have done this, usually lean individuals at the end of a diet, I do NOT recommend this. The potential for side effects is multiplied with the combination. Heart rate and blood pressure can do some ludicrious things. Don't do it.

Q: I bought a fat burner containing yohimbine and ephedrine, why are they doing this if it's dangerous?

Check the label, odd are it only contains a few mg of yohimbe/yohimbine, far below the effective dose. They threw it in to get it on the label but it's a useless dose.

Q: What if I want to use yohimbe in the morning before cadrio and EC later in the day, how long do I have to wait?

Wait at least 4 hours after the dose of Y/C before taking EC so that the yohimbine can clear the system.

Q: My bottle says that women shouldn't take yohimbe, why?

There is an old (wrong) idea that yohimbine raises testoterone. This is becasue yohimbine can cause erections (by incresaing blood flow to the penis) and it was assumed for years that anything that caused erections did so by raising testosterone. Yohimbine has no hormonal effects.

Q: You mentioned water retention above, how long do I need to stop taking yohimbine to drop the water?

At least 3 days, you'll pee your brains out and then it will have cleared. This is important for pre-contest bodybuilders/figure/fitness athletes who are using yohimbine. It should be dropped early enough to get rid of any water before the show.

personally i like to read what worked and what didn't from others... I thought it was obvious this is one persons experience.. the yohimbe at different doses is the only one that I'd caution about as my heart was racing... I'm not prone to panic attacks but this was bad - I almost thought of going to the hospital... I tried at lower doses - no effect so I tried higher... I was kind of scared... HGW has clinical evidence supporting it to be a pde-5 inhibitor but compared to the pharma pde 5's it's very very low in concentration. i tried tadalafil and seriously 2mg was superb.

exercise is awesome and helps. no cost. and will work well in conjunction with whatever else you try. good luck all

what does exercise change? you trailed off there at the end? Reading books is great also! wont that help you get boners?
One thing to keep in mind is how boners need to make nitric oxide to get boners, so you need proper nutrition/
spinach, arugula, rubarb are high in nitrates.
if using Yohimbine HCL, that'swhat you used right? not Yohimbine? then get into better shape so your heart isnt going to explode(I'd also recommend you get 5-10 grams of vit C spread through the day, not all at once) to help your CV system, PM more details or google it

It increases blood flow, reduces stress, can increase self-esteem/confidence, increase testosterone (except chronic cardio), etc

It can also increase physical strength, endurance and flexibility, but those impact more on the quality of sex than the ability to have sex per se

    not always
if you must lose fat at the same time
if you exercise and gain fat, you think that's going to happen

chronic cardio doesnt always lower T. but you luv saying shit you don't understand, eh?

    I entered a 12 week contest, lost 70lbs by
    eating 200grams protein day
    lift 3x week

    low fat
    high veggies/eggwhites
    2 hours walking daily
blood test had me have low T(under 400) before and over 600 after
bodyfat dropped(had to measure per contest

basically i did rapid fat loss(but extra cardio)

you want thebook, as I'm not here to sell shit, PM me and I'll send you it
    or just google it

I would tell anyone that is having low libido to try taking these daily. These do nothing for erections, though. But if you're having low libido, it's worth a shot.

    * A 100mcg B-Complex like this one
    * 10,000iu of Vitamin D3.
In addition to that I take a multivitamin (any,) Fish oil (for the DHA,) Vitamin C, Coconut Oil gel-caps (supposed to help absorb supplements), and a chromium picolinate (for mental health)

So why the B and D?
The B vitamins can help your libido. D6 in particular is a prolactin antagonist, for example. I'm not sure if these levels move the needle on prolactin, but the B-complex in general does seem to help.

D3 - I an aromatase blocker. Aromatase is the enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen. By inhibiting it a bit, you can lower your estrogen and maintain higher testosterone. Higher estrogen levels in our (male) bodies acts as an off switch to produce less testosterone. Keep it in check and testosterone stays higher.
There are lots of other benefits to D3 as well, such as calcium absorption (you need vitamin C too) so you should make sure you're getting enough.

Stick with 100mcg of B-Complex. B6 in particular you don't want to overdose on because you can cause nerve damage. 100mcg is considered a safe daily dosage.

10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 is is on the high end. You need about 6K total D3 daily normally. Most people are D3 defficient. D3 toxicity doesn't happen until you're taking 40,000iu per day for a long period of time (months.) So 10K is a safe over abundance.

When I take the B complex and D3, I'm waking up horny every night. Some days can be unbearable unless I get laid or MO. It's actually a problem as I've relapsed to PMO. So when it's too much, I back off.

For erections, I'm not having a problem much anymore except that the only time my wife and I can have sex is around 10-11PM when I'm tired and my sex drive is at it's absolute lowest.
I use a little generic cialis or generic viagra to help keep things up so I don't lose it if I'm not feeling particularly frisky at those hours. It helps my confidence too.

If you want boner pills and supplements, check out this link. Lots of reviews on different things.

    why do yuo thionk that?

more importantly, if you are lean, you don't have high e2
so dont run out and think pills ar ethe answer
    overall health is the answer

    YellowMinion Member

Um, yes, That is false. Back when I was researching supplements I must have conflated two different things in relation to aromatase. It does help with side effects for people who take aromatase inhibitors but it is not in and of itself an aromatase inhibitor. How I thought otherwise I'm not sure. OK, sorry to have passed along false information. This is embarrassing.
delete! undo! undo! undo! (I wish I could go back and change my post.)

But on a more serious note, low D3 can result in low testosterone in men and low estrogen in women thus leading to low sex drive. So it's a good idea to make sure you have sufficient D3.
This is just off the top of a google search

I did! But I went natural because I’m afraid of the after effects of synthetic drugs .

After a short research I found ashwaganda to work well, which is backed up by these articles,

So I ordered it on Amazon, followed the directions. No side effects. I don’t know if it was just placebo effect or it really does trigger chemicals in my body but it does work.

I’m 39 years old by the way and that night I used it we’ve had 4 wonderful rounds, with 15 to 20 minutes interval, with my wife who’s 12 years younger than me. I’m using it 3 times a week on the regular. ☺

    Yohimbine HCL

    here's a faq about it

its doseage dependant, and you need to be fasting. buy it online/anywhere some side effects besides boners

make sure you are getting enough nitrates(rhubarb/arugula/spinach) as you need NO to get boners as this study explains

Food sources of nitrates and nitrites: the physiologic context for
    potential health benefits

Do you have a preferred/suggested source at this point?
I have Yomibe extract and it does a good job. I'm more interested in Yohimbine HCL, though.

did you read that link? yes HCL is the only way to go

remember, dosage dependant and be fasting

My only experience with erectile dysfunction has been with Levitra. Have been using this product from generic-meds-store com for several years and no complaints. All what I can say about this product is that it saved my marriage and gave me self confidence again. It works very well. I take it on an empty stomach and in about 30 minutes I set to go! When I take it at night, the effects are still lasting in the morning. Very satisfied
