    Try a cold shower

    Take a walk outside

Slap yourself in the face (kidding, though it may actually just work)

Another great way to fight your urges is to challenge other people on this forum to a dual. See who can go the longest. Chances are you will piggy back on each other's willpower and make it out of your addiction together.

    Dual Away! :D

I'm not sure about the pain, have you had a wet dream yet?

    Insomnia...Try these:

    1) Turn down lighting in your home an hour before sleep.

    2) Go to bed early.

    3) Listen to white noise:

    4) Don't eat a heavy meal before bed.

    5) Lower the temperature in your bedroom

    6) DO NOT look at screens before bed as they emit blue spectrum lighting and flash hundreds of times a second wreaking havoc on your circadian cycle.

    7) Meditate before bed (helps to change brain waves from beta to theta, making it easier to enter a delta state which is sleep)

    8. Invest in an air purifier to increase oxygen levels in your bedroom

    9) Un-clutter your bedroom

    10) Drink peppermint tea (it helps to relax you from the inside)

    11) Drink warm milk

    12) Don't do something that requires intense thought processes before bed otherwise you will be thinking too much

    13) Take a relaxing bubble bath

    14) Wake up early to exercise, by the end of the day you will be out like a light.

    Hope that helps! :)
