Just stopping by to offer some words of encouragement.

I hope you remember that the person who stacked up an incredible 153 days PMO-free exists within the person you are right now.

It may not mean much, but I believe in the cleaner, stronger, more resilient person that you want to become.

    Hang in there!

Sorry to hear about the relapse! I had a few recently too, so I definitely sympathize.

I'm curious, have you ever thought about writing more about your recovery journey? The reasons behind successful runs, helpful habits you've implemented, bad ones that you've dealt with or continued to struggle with etc.? Making a record of some of these things may help you get a better understanding about what works for you and what doesn't. Plus, if you provided more information in your entries, some of the more experienced and successful members here (i.e. not me haha) may be able to offer some useful advice that'll further increase the success of your recovery efforts.

No pressure of course. I just think it might be worth your while to start using the forum in a different way. This just may lead to some positive results.

    Take care
