    Hey mate,

Just been reading through your posts.
Just so you know I'm not talking bullshit. I have been an addiction counsellor for 6 years and a mental health worker for 8.

I don't know you personally so can't pass to much judgement, but what you have been describing in your posts and the amount of time you have up away from stimulus says to me that the work for you may need to shift away from working just on not pmi but on your mental health as a whole.
It's really great that you are seeing a therapist. Super stoked for you on that and sounds like your doing all the right things. If your flatline situation does not improve with all the things you are doing then maybe looking at what else could be affecting your mental health.

As I said I don't know you, but thinking that in just 'waiting it out' you might be missing something.

Hoping the best for you mate.

32.5 months clean. Getting close to the finish line. Probably another 3-6 months before I'm truly free of this nonsense.

Zander, have you ever had your free testosterone (''T-levels'') checked at the doctor? if your T is too low it's going to affect your sexual wellbeing as a man. There are supplements you can take to help if that's the case, but you need a diagnosis first.

I am at 39 months of no PMO. Not a single second of pornography has been viewed by me in the past 39 months. Zero masturbation as well.

That's great not many will achieve that.
Did you write a success story on what changed for you?

Concerning the flatline. When I'm on nofap for months, I remain in flatline until I have an orgasm, then the libido comes back stronger than ever.
With no interest for porn, just the real thing.

40 months clean. On my way to 41. Will post a success story when every symptom has cleared up fully. Onwards and upwards.
