But in conclusion, porn is the biggest problem here, but if you're really addicted to it, you should abstain from MO and O for at least 90 days, because that shit is linked to your old ways

It's different for everyone, cuz everyone has different history of porn use and sexual expirience. But in average it's 90 days. I managed to get my erections back sooner than that. I think your dick not working should be enough of motivation to forget about porn for a while xD You also get more energy and feel more masculine when you stop bustin nuts all day
