    Maybe search for the lightest sleeping pills which works for you and remember, good sleep is also possible if you make the right circumstances for it. You can google advices for good sleep.

    Sometimes I fell like low energy and burning eyes but some days I feel generally good. Maybe it is because I live an healthy lifestyle with al lot of sports and eat healthy.

    Also I must tell you that I just again started the anti depressants and sleeping pills. After taking them I ocassionaly have erections which I never had previously. What am I to understand?

    Like you said - low testosterone, more over low scale of vitamins, minerals etc. this can have affects on your hormones

    Cause you have less stress and better sleep, but with them you only heal the symptoms temporary, not the reasons

    I read somewhere that excessive masturbation leads burning up of melatonin. Melatonin is sleep hormone which is responsible for sleep. So I am worried if it was a permanent damage that I have done to myself. I have sunken eyes. I feel I am loosing muscle weight( Not Sure). When I run a little I have a heavy breathing. I attribute all this to low testosterone.

    I am 20 yrs old too, doing my btech . I was addicted to porn since 15 , was very good in academics before that . But when I got 17 yrs old , I began to notice that I had low concentration while studying , felt really sleepy, had very low energy overall , used to sleep for 12-14 hrs a day still did not had energy to carry out my day .
    At 19 , i.e 1-1.5 yrs ago I discovered yourbrainonporn , yourbrainrebalanced etc and realized that I have to quit PMO so that I can get better .
    After trying for almost 6 months , I was able to have a maximum streak of 20 days , nothing more than that. But in these 6 months I read a lot about pmo , started to meditate , went for a walk daily (exercising was too difficult that time ). I also had suicidal tendencies in between as well .
    After those 6 months , I started meditating daily for 1-2 hrs a day (15-20 minutes sitting for 6-8 times) , , regularly walked , improved my diet as well and was able to manage a streak of 38 days . After 25 days , I was able to concentrate better than before , had comparatively more energy on some days , there were lows and highs , but the overall trend was of improvement . After that , I had a max streak of 15-20 days for the next two months .
    After that I had a streak of 30 days , then 44 days , and right now I am 86 days free from PMO, though I have been masturbating almost once a week in the previous two streaks , and hence I am not fully recovered .I am on day 18 of no MO right now , and I intend to be free from masturbation for atleast 90-120 days.

    I just wrote this so that you gain some confidence and some assurity that there is light at the end of the dark tunnel.
    Things I will advice you to do daily -
    1.meditation - start slow , and then daily improve
    2.exercise - running , walking anything that you can do , even if it is just for 5-10 mins.
    3.when you do this reboot make sure it is in hardmode , i.e. no pmo , no mo , no sexual thoughts(if they come just direct your minds to something else and dont dwell on them for long time)
    4. stop worrying about future , stop thinking about your dick . You said that you are muslim and hence sex is not an option for you before marriage , and since you are 20 you have atleast 5-6 years before marriage , so very low chances of sen for 5-6 years , then why worry about your penis ??
    5. Stop getting sad on a relapse , always try to realize why you relapsed , what was the reason and dont relapse on that reason again.
    6 . Ignore any kind of worries for hard 90days . See I have realized that whenever I relapse , its because either I was stressed or I had urges .
    My causes of stress and worries and sadness are similar to yours , like when will I get the energy to do things , how will i concentrate and get a job , how will I support my parents . All these are future worries , so I want you to just completely focus on the hard 90 day reboot and absolutely forget about the future . Make a promise to yourself that you will remain happy for these hard 90 days , evrytime you feel sad worrying about the future , just say to yourself that why worry baout future , all the worries that you have can be thought of after 90 days , so for these 90 days , stay happy ,with all the mental , physical ,emotional pains stay happy ,and everytime say that , atleast I AM FREE FROM PORN AND MASTURBATION , AND I KNOW THAT AFTER 90 DAYS THINGS WILL IMPROVE , SO NO NEED OF WORRYING RIIGHT NOW.
    7. During times of horniness or urges , realize that your brain wants the dopamine from porn or masturbation or sexual thoughts - all ways of realising dopamine , so you are not craving porn , mo , all your mind wants is the dopamine hit , nothing except than that. Also the subliminal that I give you at teh end of the post (the link) , helps to reduce urges.
    8. Spend more time with your friends and also do activities that you like to do , that you enjoy.
    As I said I had more or less all the symptoms you have and believe me they do get better with time , so have patience .

    I have yet not completed my hard 90 , still I feel a lot better than what I felt earlier , I can't imagine how better life will be after hard 90 .

    I m so thankful Varun you stopped here and commenter. Did you face insomnia. I am facing it since over 5-6 months now. Had terrible hairfall. Doctors say it's male pattern baldness. Also taking anti depressants. Sleeping pills. But even after sleeping for 6 hrs with sleeping pills I don't feel rejuvenated. I am just worried hat if the damage that I have done is irreversible. Btw Varun did you face watery semen,penile sharinkage, etc?
    And yeah please regularly comment here I need your.

    No , I did not face insomnia ,on the other hand I have felt more sleepy than ever , easily sleeping 10+ hrs and still not feeling energetic .I would recommend you to sleep at 11 and get up at 7-9 , so that your sleep schedule remains good . Even if you don't feel sleepy at 11 still go to bed and after sometime the things may improve.
    I am not having hairfall , just 3-4 strands of hair may fall when i comb , but i think that is fairly common. I have not taken any medicines at all. Penile shrinkage happens to almost everyone who is rebooting , it happened to me as well and also yes my semen is thinner now. See the damage that you have done is not irreversible. Just read GABE DEEM 's story and you will feel confident . I would recommend doing the hard 90 and maybe extending it to hard 180 , and till then expect no changes at all . Read all the links that I gave you , have a better diet , exercise , meditate , spend times with friends (do attend fests , they are fun :p) . Just keep going without thinking about the symptoms , just do your bit of work everyday , and think as if the symptoms won't go away till day 90 atleast and hence expect nothing till day 90.

    I dont know , but after reading many reboot stories of people , it seems to be a common symptom of rebooting , hence dont worry about it .

    I just tried get an erection by watching some image( which had no nudity). I could get a 30-40% erection if when I massaged with my hands. Else just seeing dint give me an erection. Moreover despite taking sleeping pills last night my left leg is aching today in the knee region. One thing is for sure PMO has done a lot bad to me. I wish just somebody should have caught hold of me when I was doing PMO. Had that happened I would have been at a better place today.

    Did some 10 mins of stretching. Strangely after /during the breif exercise the size of the flaccid pennis reduced to very small. As I said the head/tip sinks into the pennis body. all in all the pennis shrinks while exercising. Fed up of all this. While trying to focus on studying this thing strikes in my mind. And I am back again searching for possible answers in the forum.
