    Although I haven't watched porn for a couple of months now, but still I have masturbated a few times in this duration. So from today onwards as a lot of guys are successfully experimenting here. I'm also going to document my journey through daily posts. Gonna target a complete 120 days hard mode No porn no masterbation no orgasm with very limited phone usage! Instead I'll focus on my studies on being fit and incorporating other useful activities. As they say if you want things you never had you'll have to do things you never did. So on a positive note I'm starting today! I'll update this every night before I sleep.

    Make this experiment your number one priority. I recommend you to adjust your counter it's showing 94 days without Porn And Masturbation.
    Absolutely glad to know that you are going to be careful regarding phone usage. Phone and internet are excellent technology. No doubt about that, it's the design of modern social media apps that are fucking with our brain.
    Mainly, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter and Goole chrome browser (or any browser) can be addictive and has the capability to expose human brain to unnatural amount of novelty which causes addiction and extreme rewiring of the neural circuits. Once you stop exposing yourself to that you start recovering and strat to realize the reality.
    I use only YouTube and Reddit and chrome browser to visit and search things that I need. On YouTube I watch videos only from channels that I have subscribed or something I need to watch for information and learning. That's it, no matter how bored I am I stay away from YouTube. On Reddit, I basically visit nofap and stop smoking community . That's it. Sometimes I use my phone to watch movies and listening to songs. There is no harm if you use an app that is related to productivity.

    Again make No PMO IS YOUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

    Thanks Rainman for making me do this. Posting here every day definitely makes one accountable for one's action. It's a great reminder everyday to oneself that strict action must be taken against this. I always want a balance of everything in my life and the phone addiction just doesn't let me do it! Novelty seems very intriguing. But I'm glad I'm taking action I'm glad I'm trying my best to become better every day! I'll definitely be a stronger individual after this experiment is over. Let's get it done. This is not just for us but for the pretty ladies out there who need us to make love to them lol

    Day 1/120

    Successfully completed the day. didn't spend much time on social media instead studied for the exam I need to crack. I'm glad im working towards my goals slowly and steadily. The positive side of having a dick that doesn't work is that you can focus on other areas of your life for some time. You don't have to think about having a girlfriend or someone who requires you to give them a substantial amount of your time. We can utilise that extra time on ourselves. In learning something new. One day I'll have everything that I dream of having. One day I'll look back and I'll be proud on myself that I finally made it. But for now there is a long way to go.. all I have to focus on is just one step at a time.

    Day 02/120

    2nd day passed successfully without any urges. Spent most of the day studying. Apart from the addiction there is another challenge i am facing and that is to become better at maths as I used to suck at it in the beginning. Had problems in simple addition and multiplication. and from being such a dunce at mathematics today I consider myself way better than what I was when I started. And that shows how much I have improved. I can improve myself as much as I want. Doing things you like and being better at those is okay but real challenge comes when you do things you don't like and try to become better everyday at those things. But you gotta do what you gotta do when it comes to achieving your goals! I consider myself a strong headed person! Someone who never quits! And this pied thing I will conquer it someday!!

    Every single day without PMO is one step towards freedom. When you started your journey your target was 120 days away and now it is 118 days away. It's not 120 days anymore.

    The journey of a thousand miles start with a single step. And the journey of 120 days start with day 1. But guess what you have already completed 2 days.

    Man keep this going, find ways, words, images and stories to motivate yourself. Always remind yourself of your number 1 priority which is 120 days without PMO hard mode. Don't confuse yourself, don't let yourself forget what you have to do each day. Make this the attempt, the fucking attempt that will change your whole world. Don't get casual. Don't you ever get casual. Always on high alert.

    Day 3 passed without any urge! Usually the urges start when I'm 2-3 weeks in. But this time I'll be mindful of that too. Not gonna lose this battle this time ! Success is what awaits me on the other side!

    This is the best approach. Always prepare yourself as if tomorrow is the day you might relapse and your dream may die, so that you can prepare your defense. When addiction loses it's hold you will kind of develop a certainty. This is a false perception that I have learned from my past 17 months of constant struggle. Stay extra careful when you are drunk or high. The sooner you get to the finishing point the less you suffer. You will always have a chance to recover from this addiction as long as you are alive but I'm 100% certain that you don't want to spend rest of your life struggling to get rid of something that can be done sooner if you just respect your journey and keep in mind where you are heading. Your number one priority is to reach 120 Days without PMO HARD MODE. I know you can do it. You are doing it. 117 more days and you will be free. You will be proud, you will get yourself out of this mess and unnecessary hassle a lot sooner than most people do. I read many posts more than 3-5 years old, still they are relapsing and suffering. My heart goes out for them. But Man, I am not going to be that guy and so are you. We are not going to let this PMO/PIED addiction recovery thing keep going in our life for long. I will be recovered and get myself out of this mental state of feeling broken soon. Very soon.

    Why am I so confident?

    Because, if you throw a rock in the sky, it will fall back on earth. You don't need to be confident about that. If you take a fish out of the water it will die. You don't need to be confident about that. If you study a paragraph for 1000 times you will memorize that. You don't need to be confident about that. Similarly, if you eliminate porn and Masturbation out of your life and rewire when you get chance you will recover. You don't need to be confident about that.
    I'm not confident, I just know that the path I'm walking on leads to the freedom. If I stop walking and get back to where I was, I would always be stuck around my starting point.

    Most of the relapse doesn't really happen suddenly. Specially when we are trying to quit for years. In the beginning it's acceptable, it's common, it's part of the process.

    But I swear to mother earth after one year of struggle every relapse is a crime, a fucking injustice, a pure insult to our intelligence, a disrespect to our existence. I personally feel that way, and I'm guilty of this. But my eyes are opened now. I can clearly see where I'm heading. And as long as I'm on this forum I will try my best to open as many eyes as possible.

    I can't thank you enough for the motivation and inspiration you have given me through your words! I'm drunk while I'm typing this but I am not gonna relapse today! Being drunk is no excuse.. I'm on this journey this time to reach to the end. Fapping is the last thing on my mind atm. Thank you Rainman for everything you are doing. I wish you all the best for your recovery!! There is nothing that is gonna stop us. Let's fuck this pied before we fuck for real. Thanks my brother.

    Today my friends came over. we were drinking and having a good time. I'm gonna sleep now but Fapping is the last thing that's on my mind. I'm focused. one day at a time is all what it takes! And with this mindset I can accomplish anything.. the future is so bright.. the times are hard but my dick will be harder haha!

    Felt lazy throughout the day although studied in the evening for sometime. Now there are only 115 days left! In these 115 days i not only wanna be pmo free but also work on myself as much as I can. Keep going champ! You got this

    Success. I went for a run in the evening felt good. Nothing like a good run outdoors! It's important to be in shape! It's important to look good and to feel good. To feel positive. I gotta stay positive.. also I need a routine in my life.. I'm not organised at all! I need to make a daily routine and need to follow it everyday! And need to learn how to meditate as well. I try doing it but give up every time.

    This day by day approach has helped me to complete my first week successfully! I remember I used to think that I would never be able to recover from this. Every time I used to fap this thought would occur.. and I used to be like if that's the case why not just keep Fapping cuz that's the only way I thought was left for me. And would never be able to have sex ever! But not anymore! I'm sanguine about the future. I just can't wait to recover as soon as I can, and for that I'm willing to go on this path for however long this may take! My 30's will be my 20's !

    Another successful day! I'm using an app called digital detox. It doesn't let me use my phone much. An amazing app I'd say cuz I also struggle with internet/smartphone addiction! So all I get is 5 minutes emergency use everyday twice.. and I don't get enough time to write more things down here. Cuz I have to go through other threads to see how all other guys are doing..
    It fills me up with great motivation! I'm not alone!

    Success. Can't believe how I was wasting my life away by PMO'ing every day all those years. My life would have been totally different.. but no point regretting now all I can do is to look forward and fight my way out of this addiction.. day by day! Towards a better future.
