Hope you have fun on your trip !!

P.S. When you get the graph/chart, you can "insert it" into the spreadsheet. It will then have its own tab at the very bottom. (just in case anyone was wondering where it goes)

    Hey Success,

    cheers for posting this.

the spreadsheet was a big help for me this year, if nothing else bringing some awareness to my habits.

i feel it's good to put positive focus on what else you're doing in life therefore i:

add notes to my column, by left clicking on the cell and then on "insert note" . that way i can write about what happened that day good or bad.

rename a column or two for "exercise" or "meditation" - hope i don't stuff the spreadsheet up. guess it's time to learn how to do this properly.
last year i renamed the pmo column because it was all pretty much the same to me because i wouldn't mo without stimulus.

also i had a key where i would insert any sexual activity or making out with a girl in the tally colomn of the day , and this would set the white.

feel free to share any ideas or use mine.

    thanks again!

    Lozoo

Your format sounds ok, but I have some doubts about it

-Avg. Orgasms/week fields are calculated incorrectly
-How do you want to know how many minutes have you been watching porn?. You'll be relapsing with a timer? I'd rather make an "edge" column instead of this

Absolutely correct about the Avg. O / Week field being calculated incorrectly. I've fixed this by dividing days of the month by 7 and using that as the number being divided by "Total O." Thank you for pointing that out for me!

I'm the kind of person that would look at my history and do the math from the first google search to the last search/porn site related to porn. If I googled an actresses name at 2:00 PM and accessed my counter after the relapse at 3:35 PM. I'd estimate I've watched porn for 1 hour 35 minutes (approximately 95 minutes).

I would see "MWP" only being a problem if you meant to be specific. It's not meant to be specific. It can give you an estimate of how long you've spent indulging in unhealthy behavior, how long you've been past the "point of no return," or how long you THINK you've been watching porn. I saw it as a possible column because I personally always wanted to track how long I've watched because I was an PEO'er (porn, edge, orgasm). ...

I'm contemplating adding an "edge" column. Some people look for the PERFECT scene to get off to. That involves watching porn for long periods of time. Some M while doing that ... some don't ... I don't know whether a majority of addicts M or not while watching porn so I was skeptical on adding an Edging column or not. I'd be more than happy to if more people came forward and said they did or if I saw a lot of people mention edging on the forums (which I really don't) *shrug*

For those who had the spreadsheet before January 1st, your "Avg O / Week" field is calculated incorrectly. That was a "my bad."

I'm not surprised though. So much stuff that it would be weird to me (personally) if everything was right xD

Did another fix or two today after I got a little curious.

Sorry for any inconveniences I might have caused to anybody.

This spreadsheet involves a lot of numbers and data and whatnot and I wouldn't be surprised if I found more mistakes.

    Thanks for understanding.

Had a quick question. Could you add a column for O'ing or having sex with your girlfriend or would it just make more sense to place that under MO?

    Re: ★ Success's 2015 No-PMO Spreadsheet [UPDATED 1/19/2015] ★

    Yeah.

What you want to do is ...
    1) Right click on a column (e.g. "A" "B" "C" etc.)
    2) Click "Insert 1 right" or "Insert 1 left"
    3) Add "Sex" title (or whatever you want)
    4) Add all the 0's underneath
    5) Edit "Total O" column to include that column you just made
    6) Do it for every month

The above instructions are assuming you're editing my default format to add a "O'ing-or-having-sex-with-girlfriend" column. If you have anything else to add or anything else to say that if I didn't catch what you said correctly, feel free to reiterate or rephrase.

    God bless you.

If you got any tips or anything to add to the spreadsheet itself, that's cool too!

I plan to use the spreadsheets to track a lot of other stuff too.

    1) Cold Shower
    2) Book Reading
    3) Time Meditating
    4) How long I spend on my hair (personally, I have 360waves)

And I want to just customize it so I can get really detailed with everything I'm doing.

Perfect! Thanks a ton for the tips there. And by the way this PMO spreadsheet is MUCH better from last year's. You can really keep track of everything you need to and see what areas you need to improve on. This is so much better than the counters in my opinion. Best of luck to you!

Thanks man! It feels good to provide something for other people and be able to help them in an unconventional way -- opposed to how I usually help.

If anyone needs help or would like to provide input, feel free to speak.

    Bump.

    1) Removed the (example) 20 PMO/MO from December 31st and fixed conditional formatting color to be the same as all the others.
    2) Removed the (example) 1 MoW ("Yes") from November 27 and December 28, fixed conditional formatting color to be the same as all the others and changed "Year 2015" to "October to December 2015"

    Cheers.
