    MODUS!!!!!

    Welcome back old buddy.

I've found 3-4 days is a good sweet spot for me too. And yea, it s quite logical that the more we abstain our erections will get harder from the seminal build-up. My erections are fine after 1-2 days, just not rock hard.

I don't have much to update, but the married woman has been texting me non-stop. She continues to be very aggressive sexually, but I'm really aiming to shift gears from sexting and just focus on the physical stuff from here on. She wants to meet again tomorrow, so it looks like round 2 is on the way. I'm gonna try to ride this out as long as I can, and hopefully I'll be really confident in my sexual abilities when it's all said and done.

Now that I won't be fighting feelings of sexual frustration all the time, I need to focus on other areas of self-improvement. For a while I was so distracted with thoughts of lust, and loneliness, everything else kind of went to shit. So now I want to start eating clean again and busting my ass every day at work. I've been half-assing both my diet and work performance lately. It's pure laziness, and I need to step it up.

    WHAT? Seminal buildup?
Dude. Erections are caused by blood, not semen.

And the mechanism causing the erections is neurological in origin.

Even people who have no balls and no testosterone can have an erection.

I'm not talking about getting erect. I can get an erection any time basically. So can a guy without balls, good for him. Instead I'm looking at the quality & fullness of the erection.

This is how it always works for me:

    Day 1 - Good erection
    Day 2 - Better erection
    Day 3- Amazing erection
    Day 4 - Fucking sword.

The longer I abstain, the more "full" and hard it appears. And I cum more. Everybody notices this. So it's seems like common sense that this is caused by more semen in the erect penis. Why else would this happen?

I believe 100% that semen retention helps improve erectile power.

By this I mean that, all things being equal, a guy who ejaculates twice a week is going to have stronger erections than a guy who ejaculates every day.

There are obviously many factors that affect the quality of one's erection, but I'm sure that semen quantity is one of them. I've experienced it myself consistently.

After all, erection quality is not completely determined by your brain, there are physical factors as well.

    That's broscience.

Certainly sexual appetite of men is not limitless, but actual sperm is only like 1% of semen. Most of semen is that sticky stuff full of various sugars and that's from one's prostate.

Which don't come into play unless one is diabetic, has high blood pressure or etc etc.. conditions which don't apply to young guys usually.

Frequency of ejaculation has a direct impact on the quality of my erections.

    Simple as that.

I don't experience erection quality issues relative to ejaculation.

When i did 60 days no orgasm i was getting rock hard erections from thoughts when waking up or touching myself. If i have 5-10 orgasms a month i still get rock hard erections waking up or touching myself.

There's no reason to debate about it, I know from my own experience what goes on "down there". Brunevii was acting like I was crazy, so I explained my observations and we'll leave it at that. I really don't care if he thinks I'm right or wrong.

The only problem with the "sword" erections is I cum alot faster. Can't have it both ways I guess.

Thanks PR! I appreciate that. My therapist told me during our last session that he was very impressed with my progress. We've spent so much time talking about my sexual hang ups, but now I'm just grabbing my balls and doing my best. I think most of his clients are just stuck in the same loop, whereas I'm actually working on my situation. I'm not perfect of course, but you can't say I'm not trying.

Quick post I wanted to make. Today I was at my parents house for Thanksgiving and I went through all of the junk in my old room. I literally FILLED a garbage bag with crap. I even had old stuff saved from middle school and high school, which was nice to see, but really not necessary to keep.

It feels great cleaning out clutter. I recommend that anybody with a messy room or loads of stuff they don't need to just get rid of as much as possible. It's so therapeutic.

Thanks Loro. I did another round of cleaning at my parents house yesterday, and made a couple observations.

    1) I had tons of cute little things saved from when I was a kid. I used to draw alot. I was never artistically gifted (my sister was) but I would draw all the time anyway. And I would write down pretend wrestling matches, using WWF wrestlers, like make up my own events. I would make up my own basketball teams too. I actually did this up until my mid teenage years, maybe 15/16.

It was cool to see how creative I was. I would spend hours on end entertaining myself with my own imagination. All I needed was a piece of paper and a pencil. There was an innocence to it, which made me wish for the days where we weren't all connected to these high speed computers and horrible porn sites. Reflecting back on the simpler times left me feeling both inspired and sad.

    2) Yesterday I decided to recycle over 300 magazines and catalogs. They were mostly mens magazines and vitamin catalogs. First of all, I realized how trigger heavy alot of the men's magazines could be. Maxim and GQ for instance have tons of scantily clad women and sexual imagery. They are a very easy pathway to masturbation or porn.

Also, all of these magazines and catalogs made insane promises. On the cover of every Men's Health it said stuff like "SIX PACK SHORTCUTS: HAVE ROCK HARD ABS IN TWO WEEKS" and "GET LAID NOW!", it was really that ridiculous and over the top. Fact is I got a better work out bringing piles of these magazines out to the curb than I ever did by reading them. And at the end of the day it's all the same; buy this or do this and it will make everybody else jealous. It is strikingly similar to the self-help industry, or PUA community, or even what I see on this forum... this idea that we are all one life change away from being perfect. And we keep chasing it. The only way to really better yourself is to work hard and be a good person. And even that is a slow, arduous and inconsistent ride to the top.

Men's Health is the shittiest magazine on the planet.

Dude buys one expecting an easy, miraculous way to get ripped like the utterly handsome guy in the cover, but then he realizes it's still a workout program that implies getting his lazy ass off of the chair and so he puts the magazine aside. Next month he repeats the proccess.

Exactly, nothing worthy in life is easy. People hate on the rich for being rich, but they forget how hard it is to get there.

Yea, like the ultra talented Paris Hilton who worked so hard for her fortune :p

I mean even those who make 150k a year. The Paris Hilton's are so far and few between, we just think we're surrounded by them because of media.

You can be born rich. But then again, you don't choose where you'll be born. Should Paris Hilton feel guilty because she happened to be born the daughter of a millionaire?

    People hate because they're jealous.

She's a spoiled brat and a leech. She's also stuck up and dumb as a brick. I hate her because she's a piece of shit. If she had any redeeming qualities or gave back to society in any tangible way I wouldn't mind her as much, whether or not she was rich.

There are poor and average people just as bad. What I'm saying is that many people hate on the rich simply because they're rich. That's pure jealousy.

Some people actually did worked very hard their entire lifes to become rich and sare hated on just the same as Paris Hilton, Justin Bieber, etc.
