Experiencing a lot of changes in my body and how it responds to workouts, stimulus and sexual situations. I exercise regularly and am told that I'm in great shape and look in my 30's not 44. I'm 6'1" and about 185 pounds. I'm not ripped but have a reasonable physique. I eat healthy, home cooked food but I'm not ruthless about diet as I really enjoy good food (mostly weekends - I'm pretty lean and clean eating during the week.) After an illness 1.5 years ago similar to Mono (Glandular Fever) my body has NOT been the same. Sleeping issues, erection difficulties, workouts wiping me out for the day, etc even though my T levels are average to high (according to my MD). I'd love to hear and interact on how to 'reset' your body's hormones, androgen receptors and response to stimulus. Possibly overcome adrenal fatigue?... Porn has been an occasional part of my life but I don't know if I'd say I'm addicted (though I know that's what most unaware addicts would say!) So I'm open to learning and improving myself and would love to do that in community.Interact
