      Hi mattew!! I need some help if you have time. I tried to give up porn but the flatline was horrible. My libido was down and I couldnt get a strong errection even with my girlfriend. After reading more, I understood that in the end youll be naturally turned on. But is this natural way stronger than the initial one? And how should i get over flatlining?

        The ends of reboots, that is our natural sexualities, are usually not characterized by low libido. Low libido may happen occasionally during a reboot because the brain is in the process of rewiring itself, but it is never, as far as I know, a permanent state.

        You will have to go through a flatline sooner or later if you are interested in cutting out masturbation (which I assume you are, though I may be wrong). Best thing to do I think is to let your gf know what is going on and that you might not be interested in sex for a week or two. Once the flatline is over, your desire for your gf will come back, usually stronger.
